I was checking my bank account last week on 1/7. I discover a charge from my checking account (thru my debit card) for $85.31.in the description line it reads:
$85.31 ATM Debit 90093505 Clari Cleanse 888-899-0550
I immediately phone the 888 number and asked who they were and how did they have access to my checking account! The gentleman (Ricky) stated that he did not show any order from me. I told him because I had never placed an order and I didn't even know what they sold. He took my information, gave me a number of 11270 to reference our call and said to send an email as well and refer to the ref #. I did that. I get a response back from someone:
Dear ~*~,
"Thank you for inquiry with Cleanse Prox. We would like to inform you that we have not charged you after cancellation. If there are any other charges made to your account by our company, Please Fax us your bank statement showing the charges and we will review it charges. Our Fax number is 9283957383.
If you have any further questions please call us at 1-800-529-3082 country code is 001. Thank you again.

The face remains that I never placed an order so therefore I never cancelled! I am furious that they got access to my checking account. I've cancelled my card immediately. I also filed a complaint with the FTC today as well.
