Switchisp.com keeps billing me months after I cancelled their service

I cancelled my service with switchisp.com/serviceonly.com in May of they continued billing my debit card for May, June, July and August, after I had informed them that I wanted my account with them cancelled immediately, and before I got with my bank to try and stop them. I emailed them several times telling them to stop billing my bank account, that I had cancelled my service with them, and that I did not authorize them to keep billing me, they ignored my repeated emails. I had my bank close my debit card and open a new one under a different number, and somehow they are billing my account again, even after I changed my debit card. They don't have my checking account number, or at least I didn't give it to them.

Their service stinks, their "speedmail" is the slowest email I have EVER seen, and once they get your number, they won't stop billing you even after you inform them in no uncertain terms that you want them to cancel your service. These people are a pain in the neck, and it appears have no regard for customer service, they just want to fill their bank account at other's expense. I am beginning to wonder if I will have to close my bank account completely to get these jerks to go away...
