Debit appears on checking account without authorization

I detected two unauthorized $50 ACH debits on my checking account originating with symbilling.net. (These are not debit - or credit-card charges, but are rather ACH debits, meaning they used by checking account routing and account numbers to obtain $100 from my account.)

Its website is registered through godaddy.com by a proxy registration that, absent a subpoena, shields its true origins. The website is sparse and includes stock photos and a toll-free number that — like the webpage itself — asks that any inquiries be mailed to a dummy email address.

Symbilling.net appears to be a scam that is raiding bank accounts.
