My home was purchased in 1988 with a princial balance of 30,000.00.in November of 1996 Hud sold my mortgage to Ocwen in June 1997. Ocwen transfered my mortgage to Wilshire Credit at this time balance was 30,287.50. August of 1997 I started recieving letters of forclosure.
This has been an on going thing. I never get the say amount of balance when I ask if you get to ask. I have wrote and called many times and never get to speak to the same person. I have paperwork stating all kinds of amounts. 1997 29,383.00,1997 30.287.00 2001 37,166.00 2003 27,243.00 2005 33,831.00
This is just a few there are a lot more. My payment went up 144.00 a month and my balance went up. I have been charged taxs that they didn't pay and have been over charged for taxs, late fees, appraisal fees attorney fees, inspection fees.
My payments are not posted on time. Some are not even being posted. They have posted late one year of payments and then they took all payments off.
This company rips you off! They are rude, as to they will even hang up on you. I have had them tell me that I was stupid, not responsible, and that they don't have to tell me everything.
This company will distroy you, your credit and the american dream. They are stealing! They need to have to pay for there wrong doing. I want to sue the hell out of them for all they have done to me and others like myself. Every time I get a letter from them I get sick, every time I think of them Iget so upset, to the point that I get sick and in tears.
I dont know what to do. Please if any one is filing a suit agaist them please let me know. I want to fight alog with you. They are foreclosing AGAIN.
