My mortgage was sold to ocwen federal Nov. The 30,1996, I had problems with them from the begining, then June 30,1997. Ocwen sold my mortgage to Wilshire credit.
I thought that this would be a good thing. I was wrong. It has been pure hell. 1 month after wilshire had my loan they sent a letter to forclose.
At the time Wilshire took over my principal balance was 29,383.93. Now watch this. My loan at the present time is 37.857.00. I never get the correct amount on my balance. I have several amounts that they have given me. 23.000.00-32.000.00. They just cant make uptheir minds. They rip you off so much and have falsafied so much of my account. That they cant keep up with all there lies. I get letters stating florcloser about every 3 months, They send letters saying I owe from a 1,000 to4,000. Dollars at a time.
I even got a letter saying I owed 11,000.00. I have sent this company more money than I owe just to keep my home. I was so glad to see this on the rip off report. I thought I was alone. Wilshire credit is raping people of their homes!!!
They apply faults charges to your account, Do not post your payment on time, Return your payment then say your late, they even apply late payments when they dont return your payment, charge inspection fees, attorney fees, appraisel fees, over charge taxes, and fees that have no name. This company is the rudiest bunch off crocks I have every delt with.
The fires of hell will burn hot for them. Just this past week I have recieved 3 letters with 3 different amounts on them. They our letters of forecloser, How can they do this when you make your payments. When you try to discuss this with them you get no results, faults statements and are talked to so bad, called stupid and a lairer, and end up more up set and frustrated to tears.
I only pray that I will recieve a miracle this time because I have no more large sums of money to send. I am borrowed out. I pray everyday for all of you and for myself, Im just a grandmother, raising there small grandchildren 2,5, 12 and if I lose this home after 18 years I dont know what I will do. We have no where to go. And I worked hard all these year fighting these terrorist to keep my home. Hoping one day I could get it all straighten out, But being what they are, I dont see that happing. I resently found out that wilshire credit and ocwen are the same company. Now what do I do, Im fighting 2 companies from hell. If any one has any suggestion please let me know.
