I'am living in my fathers trailer my name is no were on any papers but i've always paid this payment for them. Needless to say i have a family of four and my husband has a seasonal job that at this time startes to slow down by sept, so sometimes i do get behind. Then i start getting phone calls from one person in the pa office he is very rude and it does get to the point of harassment. He will say things like you must get out of the trailer by this day he is very unwilling to talk in a civil manner once he even decided to start yelling at me and told me he wouldn, t except any of my payments which i had already made through another lady he said he would stop the payment before it went through.
When i requested to speak with someone else he refused. I also asked if i could get the number of a home office he also refused that. I told him from now on i would deal with someone else. I called every where to try and get another number finally found it called told the lady on the other end what i was told about stopping payment she stated that he could not do that and gladly went in to see if my payment was still active it was. This man has no reason to talk to people in the manner that he does he will call day in and day out he will get very rude threatening if you speak with him. This company is the worst i have ever had to deal with..
