Redwood trust gave us a letter of intent to pay on our mortgage. We were assured again and again that they would be paying off our home by march. We were told by a local man working for their company to hold off past the sherriff sale date on our home. The last we were told was that Redwood Trust was being investigated by the U.S. Government and that I.R.S. Has their books tied up but they would be up and running again soon. No one answers their phones and a recording says that they are not doing any corresponding of any type at this time. Now the local man says don't wait. Its too late for us as no one wants to mortgage us now. Our home is gone we're just waiting to have to move in sept.
