F & T Mortgage
Left me & my son homeless after saying approved! Gave me pre-approval letter for loan told me to go into escrow, all was a go, then told me they screwed up dirty ripoff liars

I am a first time buyer, my son & i were soooo excited, we were getting a house!

The mortgage company told me all was a go, i had never purchased before, so i left all the legal mumbo to the professionals (hah),

They told me to put the home in escrow, gave me my pre-approved letter, they even sent me the letter of committment for title then 4 days later they contacted me saying i couldnt get approved because of lack of credit not bad credit mind you,

After me paying for everything like home inspection etc. And giving my 30 day notice where i was. This has been very devistating for us, i have contacted them, and they refuse to talk to me,

Hanging up the phone on me, they told me they would send me my files w / all my original docs in it, but they have yet to do that prolonging the whole situation, and then there is the sellers situation,

Being told there home was sold and all was a go, only to find out it has'nt been. People watch out, dont trust people who call themselves professionals,

Only trust yourself, check into the info you are given. Don't end up homeless like me and my 7 yr old son.
