Cross country bank, overcharge, harressing phone calls, ruined credit

I opened a account to build credit, I purchased a tolit for 104.00
when Irecieved my first statement two weeks later the bill was 446.78. Icalled imedietly to dispute the charges and cancel my account. Since then my family an I have been recieving phone calls from 8:30am to 9: pm seven days a week every hour on the hour they have reported me to credit report which has ruined my credit someone has to put a stop to them, they are ruining peoples lives, and the harresing calls, what can anyone do about them and their bad practises? Sincerly Fustrated
