I noticed these fraudulent charges on my account. One was for 47.45 (3/14/04), the second was for 34.95 (3/14/04) and the third one was for 57.14 (3/14/04. I contacted the customer service number and the first representative refused to credit back the charges and stated it was my "fault even after the e-mail address, mailing address and name of the person were not mine. My life has been ruined since this last week.
With all of the bounced fee charges and returned checks, I now have no money to pay for electricity. It wasn't until I threatened to blow my brains out until a manager got on the phone and finally removed two of the charges.
It is sad how a person has to risk their own life as vigilante justice to these scammers that ruin other people's lives. My life is a wreck all due to this company destroying my life. Thanks WTS for ruining my life.
I hope you and your employees can sleep at night knowing how my life has been ruined. So far the last 3 people who ruined my life have experienced bad karma. One person was killed by a police officer, the second experienced death due to heroin and the third had his life ruined by losing a prestigious position at a well-known company.
I have sought counseling for the depression, anxiety and emotional pain and suffering this company has caused. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I went through. If you are a person that profits off destroying other peoples lives; all I have to say is what goes around, comes around.
