Credit One Bank sent me a bill, asking me to pay a passed due amount as well as a late fee. When I called about the bill I was told to pay the outstanding bill. I never opened this account an when I asked how they got my information and opened this account I was then told that they would cancel this account. But they would do anything until I told them I would report them. Before I made a major complaint they continued to ask me to pay them the outstanding balance on an account I never opened.
