They prepared my taxes incorrectly and when I confronted them on their mistake they agreed to correct the problem. That was on 5/5 it's now 5/20 and I have not heard from or received anything from them. They do not return my calls, I constantly leave messages and there office is no longer at the location where I first took my taxes. They simply picked up and left. I'm not the only customer they burned either. I've talked to other customers that prepaid for their services and they too have not received their taxes.
