On 4/16 I had my taxes prepared by Liberty Taxes i Temple Hills, Maryland (Brinkley Road). I paid my money for the preparation of my taxes (over $500.00) and was told to return the next day (4/17) to pick up copies of the completed tax forms. I had to pay Federal taxes and was to receive a state refund. I returned on 4/18 and the offfice was locked; I left a voice message. I have returned everyday since 4/18 and left repeated voice messages. No one is every in the office and no one has returned my calls. How can I be certain that my taxes have been filed.???
