Ripoff - late payments

To whom it may concern,

I am having constant problems with late payments with HRS USA. I believe this issue has to do with the billing practices of HRS USA. Payments that are sent from my bill payer take upwards to 15 days to process. I have documentation showing the payment has been sent, received, and processed but not posting to my HRS account. I would like more information on this company and am currently perusing answers on why payments are taking so long to be received.
