We just opened an account 4 months ago, todate our payment has never arrived on time.initally, we never got a bill, they called and advised me that they have sent our card and payment.
Never received, finally got them to correct our mailing address and began to received our bill on time. (never have received our card) Mailed the payment 11 days before it was due. Just received a call, hasnt made it and wanted me to allow them to draft a payment from out account. Oh no. I told them I'll check with my bank first.
Well I did and all payments around it has made and cleared, but for some strange reason, Not GE Capital. I dont believe they can process payments, or is this their way of making extra money by not applying payments and charging late payments. We will be paying the account off and closing the account. Dont use them, they have no ideal how to process payments or good customer service.
