Seeking Lawyer After Rejected Payments and False Payment History

I am looking for a lawyer or someone who can help me fight this bank. They have put false payment history on my credit report, rejected payments. Everytime I call I speak to someone new and get a new story. I am at the end of my patience. I am just lookin for solution in order to get ride of this companie.
