Ripoff Misapplied payments 1st & 2nd trust 2nd trust sold misapplied payments list 2ns trust as charge off paid in full

Misapplied funds for 1st & 2nd trust payments leaving both accounts in arrears no matter that coupons was attached with cashiers checks. On the credit report after the 2nd trust was sold to First Performance in 2003 and paid on time (never missed a payment) Fairbanks/Select Portfolio list this account as a foreclosure/charge off. The payoff balance was paid in cash.

The credit bureaus continue my account being a charge off.

I have contacted all three crediit bureaus and provide information to them on this account. Remain the same to this day. I have tried to contact Fairbanks/Select Portfolio for over two years to clean up this matter on my credit report to no avail...
