Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent billing they charged my checking acct. $149.95 & caused $25.00 charge

Hello my name is Tonya:
Today is 5-13-05 and i recieved a electronic funds transfer notice, and i found that a company USA CREDIT had charged my accout for $149.95 and i had a $25.00 fee charged also. For a total of $174.95

And i was not for sure why and i called my bank to find out why they told me i would have to get a hold of usa credit and they gave me the phone # 1-800-685-9354 and i have not got a hold of them yet to find out why they took money money out of my acct.

I am not very happy about this at all i want something done about this and i want my money back i have never had a problem with this bank before until now. I want some thing done or there will be a lawsuit and a half on this fraugelent company someone please help me to find out what to do about this and how i can get my money back...
