She was calling him to inform him of this news, to verify the address and number, and get an account number and a voice print indentification verification to withdraw the processing fee, $297.00, and yes you can most certainly postdate the check, no problem.
He got some answers to some of the questions he asked her, got a conformation number, and a phone number for inquiries if he should have some more questions in the future. That phone number was 866-669-1222 but, the number on the caller id read 888-778-9222. The 866 number is permantly busy but after a while someone answered the 888 number with, Call Com please hold, and then she hung up.
Called back, after another wait she answered the phone again, but this time when I asked her to repeat the company name she did and asked if I had a conformation number. You betcha I do! I gave it to her, she asked how she could help me, I formed her that she was full of sh! T, her business was B.S., that they were posted on all the ripoff sites under a whole bunch of different names, such as American Grant Information, American Grant Information Center, Government Grant Information, Government Grant Iformation Center, GGI Assoiciates, ect...) and that they had our account and routing numbers for our Checking account that they had just best forget, shred, lose, or otherwise. That the check already had a stop payment on it, andif they tred to access that account on Any date, using Any 'business' name that I would file charges with the state and federal courts both, and that if at all possible I was going to file charges in any court state or federal even if didn't try to access the account. That if they had accessed it in the hour and half that they got the numbers and we got the stop put on it (like they did under A.G.I.C. Company name to some woman in Georgia after they said she could postdate the check for two weeks from that day and did it within a 48 hours) that it had better be put back into that account within the ten minutes. She said "yes ma'am" and apologized. Nothing had been withdrawn, thank god. When I first started speaking she got a little snooty and hateful, but I either do it better or she wasn't all that bright to begin with because I was bluffing all the way, since they had permission to access the account from the account holder and a "recorded voiceprint indentification verification" from him to prove it. All these different company names are giving the same speech, same assurances, some of the same employee names, have a man that has the same indian accent, and even though the amounts of money for the "processing fee" vary ($250.00 - $297.00) it's a mighty odd coincidence that some of the numbers the call from or give you to call are the same when the company names are different and in different states as well. (AGI in Georgia has the same number as Goverenment Grant Associates and Government Grant Information Center and Federal Grant Financial and Loan when those are located in Utah, or New York, California, Indiana, ect... For example) Honest, hard working, trusting people beware. Not everyone fits that description or has those those qualities.
