This company is still billing me for a loan I received in October. I have paid the loan off. He claims I refinanced the loan. I signed that I wanted the loan to be paid in full. I have paid this loan off plus some. I told the man I did not ask to refinance the loan I signed that I wanted it paid in full. He tells me I still owe 319.00 and I don't understand. I never refinanced. I told him I would have my bank stop allowing payments to be taken out of my account. I know they have been overpaid. He state I never called two days to payoff. I told him I understood the loan was to be paid off the following two months. I don't understand. I do not recall this phone call and I did not authorize them to refinance. I told him I have not communicated with them since October and did not want anything else taken out of my account. I told the person I was contacting an attorney.
