I took out a $300 loan from US Fast Cash. Every two weeks they took out $90.00. For 4 paydays, then on the 4th payday they took out an additional $50.00. I sent 2 emails asking if my account was paid in full yet and when they would stop taking money out of my checking. They responded twice with the same email. They mention "if your loan is renewed" well I only took out the one loan, so I called customer service to see exactly what that means. I paid $90.00 every two weeks thinking this was going to pay off the $300 loan. Not at all. They took $410 and this went for absolutely nothing!!! Their fees!!! They still want $450 more. They want a total of $860 for only borrowing $300!!! How can a company be allowed to do this to consumers. I sent a letter to the BBB, I closed my checking account and opened a new one. I recieved a response from US Fast Cash. If I pay $125 more they will not charge me for the other $325... They are not getting another dime from me...
