I have used UNITEDCASHLOANS and tried to notify them that I would like to pay off my loan. Unfortunately, I had a very hard time contacting them. This company does not send email or call to notify me of the loan being due. I was told on the phone when I finally contacted them that this is up to me to keep tract of. This loan gets renewed autimatically.
When I emailed them and asked for the loan to be paid off I did not get results until about the third or forth time I had emailed them. I emailed them to pay the loan off apparently two days before my payday, instead of three so they charged me a $60 fee, which is ok.
The problem is that I emailed them requesting to pay the loan off on October 23rd and they sent me a contract on the 29th informing me that my loan had been renewed and the next payment would come out on November 10th. They gave me the option to pay the loan off then.
I called the number on the contract and talked to someone who asked if I filled out the new contract and I told her I did not want to renew the loan, I wanted to pay it off and had been asking to pay it off for days. The loan was finally paid in full plus more on October 30th, seven days after I originally asked to pay it off.
According to what I was told is that the $60 fee that I paid on the 23rd of October is to renew this loan. Six days after my payday on October 30th is when they finally took my payment. They also charged me another $60 on the 30th of October. The fee on the 23rd of October was to renew the loan until November 10th. From the 23rd to the 30th of October I was charged $120 instead of just $60. I have asked for the second $60 fee to be returned and was refused.
I also read somewhere that this company is not certified to give loans, which I am not sure if this has been taken care of be them.
