MBNA North America Aka Platinum Plus
Ripoff MBNA America empties your bank account!

WE had our checking account emptied by MBNA. They used our checking account encoding from previous payments, and created their own check payable to themselves, and emptied our account. When conatcted regarding the theft and the costs of other checks being bounced, they replaced some of the monies, but refused to give up the employees, involved in the "idenity and money theft". We contacted the State of Tennessee, and the United States Comptroller of the currency.

We provided copies of the forged check, and all government agencies took the word of MBNA America that they did not wrongfully, take our money. We provided solid, documented proof, and all MBNA aka Platinum Plus did was deny it, no proof of phone logs, etc. And the government agencies took their word.
