Ordered Mac G5 in late July. Was advertised as "six months same as cash", no mention of their relationship with MBNA Bank, stated that it was an Apple Loan.
I tried to reach Apple Customer Support to find out why I never received billing or disclosure of terms only to find that they really don't have a customer support dept..
Found out about MBNA Bank later after they trashed my credit! They started billing to an incorrect address once I received Apple Care Literature and disc at the correct address in early Aug. 2003. The computer didn't arrive until mid October.
MBNA Bank is totally unwilling to correct their errors on this account and have even gone so far as to trash me on another account that I've had with them for 18 years.
Forget any customer support with APPLE!
BEWARE of any leasing or credit arragemnts with APPLE/MBNA!!!
