1. Free 30 day trial

2.2 days after subscription I cancel and I'm told I will not be charged.

3. I'm charged.

4. A very painful conversation of my supposed "free" trial in which they tell me that I didn't call up and cancel my membership.

Finally they agree to a refund in 7-10 bus. Days. I'll believe it when I see it! A very minor encounter... But I'm glad I didn't go any further.
