I was charged $79.95 on my credit card for a credit monitoring service that I didn't sign up for. When I called the 1-800 number the operator said that it was clearly in the terms and conditions of the FREE credit report. I don't recall in the last 30 days (which is the length of the trial membership that I found on their website) signing up for any credit report or credit monitoring service. The operator told me she could send me a $25 visa card for the inconvenience, but could not refund my money.
I also e-mailed the costomer service for the crdit monitoring service that I apparently paid for. I will contact my bank ASAP as sugested by the other consumer complaintss.
