We started out doing business with the money store for several months then the homeq sent us a letter to let us know we will be making payments to them from now on. The amount of this mortage was going to be outrageous when we got it paid off, so we was going have to find another business to help us because their rates are impossible. I didn't have much communication with the money store but i have had plenty communication with the homeq place.
If your late on a payment they hound you till they talk to you and put late fees on your account that in the beginning you and the money store never did agree on.
I thought every business has a grace period of 7 to 10 days not these people. That alloment time is no grace period.
When i late a christmas i told them i will make it up next month with two payments that wasn't good enough they wanted to know why i was late in the first place, i told them it was christmas they told me they come before my kids christmas did.
If your looking at them for a mortage loan look somewhere else their bad news.
I wished they didn't accept my loan after all this.
