On my latest credit card statement I received an unauthorized charge of $9.95 for services from MyPerfectCredit, Inc. I attempted to call the company at the number listed on my statement but got repeated busy signals.
I had never heard of this company before I received my statement, nor have I even used the credit card they billed for over two months. Additionally, the "plans" they offer on their website don't even include a $9.95 plan.
I have contacted the company about my complaint and have additionally contacted my credit card company to attempt to resolve the dispute.
