Mr. Hernberg promised us a particular type of loan. When we finally got the good faith estimate, it was not the loan type we had requested. Mr. Hernberg explained that that was just a loan type and that the payback option would be available to us with our coupons. Not true.
Mr. Hernberg told us verbally that his fee was $350. On the good faith estimate the broker fee is listed as zero and he goes so far as to send a little note explaining that the $1627 fee was not a broker fee but just the total of fees already listed in the estimate. Not true...
Mr. Hernberg tries to tell you that it is a very busy business and ever changing, that he doesn't have time to explain things step by step or line by line. What he is really telling you is that he is too busy ripping you off to do the REAL work you asked of him.
Don't waste your time and effort with this con-artist, go to a reputable company.
