This guy just doesn't stop! He's scammed so many people. Just check the Broward County Florida small claims court records for Doug Hernberg. Oh yes, if you manage to escape from his fraud, he'll try to sue you. The crook is amazing.
If you post to usacomplaints.com, be vague with you report so he doesn't figure out who you are. He'll have his friend send you a letter stating that you have committed libel. It's a bunch of crap. Don't buy into it. I see someone already "retracted" their report stating "I was able to successfully resolve my complaint without further action." They received a letter from Hornberg's buddy but certainly didn't resolve their complaint. You can never resolve anything with this crook.
I urge you to contact the Florida Bureau of Finance Regulation (850-410-9805), the Florida State Attorney General's Office, and the Federal Trade Commission.
The only hope of saving others from this criminal is to speak out to the appropriate government agencies. Doing nothing only enables Doug Hernberg to continue his dubious tactics.
He got me in 2003 and I see he's still at it.
