This crook will not give up! I've been a victim of his scam... I refused to pay or use him when I found out what he was up to. Would not give a good faith estimate, lied about many of the fees, including his crazy brokerage fees (which he never told me about), and will treat everyone he speaks to like dirt. This guy should be in jail!!!
When I refused to use him or pay him one cent, Doug Hernberg threatened to sue me... And he did. Yes, believe it or not, this idiot actually sued me in small claims court. Of course he lost, but the jackass had the gull to actually sue me... After he tried ripping me off.
Never sign anything this guy asks you to sign. He's sued many people over his scheme and his "mortgage broker contract". Many people have settled in court just to have this guy out of their lives... Do not use this crook, if you have, please contact the State of Florida (info is below) to file a complaint. The only way to stop this crook is to have the state investigate him and throw him in jail.
