Citi Bank
Check for Online Bank Account Never Returned After Rejection

On Dec. 28 I tried to apply for the Citibank "online" easy bank account, so I sent a US$2500 check to Citibank. However, they rejected me, and they never returned my check. I called many times and they just told me "it was processing."

Till now, I still have not gotten my check back.
