I attend Mesa Community College. I was told that the citi prepaid or lost and stolen card office was not connected to Citi bank. But there is obviously some connection. It is now December 8th, and I do not have my first semester financial aid check. Not only have I called the 800 number (1-877-855-7201) numerous times, but I have spoken with the corporate office, and even the main supervisor in the corporate office, named Jasquez. Suprisingly, like always when dealing with Citi bank, he told me something that did not happen. I could not be more displeased with a company and I have never experienced such poor customer service. These so called employees sit there and tell me they dont even know what the problem is, they dont know when my money will be deposited, and they basically dont even know where they are. I've always believed in karma, and that people get whats comings for them, no matter when or how it happens. And I can tell you that Citi bank will get theres. Horrible company. Horrible customer service. And I will make sure every person I ever again come in contact with, never does business with any part of Citi bank.
