I checked my bank statement online as I often do, and was startled to see a charge for a MY PERFECT CREDIT INC. I did a websearch and actually came across this site (thanks to all who poast!) and took the advice to call my bank immediately.
I was surprised that they didn't even question me - they promised to reimburse the charge to my account by midnight tonight, and cancelled my debit card immediately. They are sending me a new one in the mail.
I wonder if the bank is familiar with this issue now... At any rate calling the bank immediately produced immediate results.
