Mortgage-holder BEWARE, Aames refinanced my house in May and forclosed on me in June after one late pay. Whenever we approached the organization we were apologized to and provided another refi that will get us 25,000.00 out along with a lower payment per month along with a greater rate of interest.
Rather they forclosed on-US in the same period they offered us to EMC Mortgage (who astonishing ly enough has got the same legal representation as Aames Mortgage Loan) And all this was happening while we were still in the centre of the refinance.
Your family has been provided til Feb 28th in the future up having a fresh mortgage or we are released of our house of 12 years.
