Spectra call me at work. The clerk said they had been calling me all day. I answered the phone and she told me about the no annual fees and on instrest rate for 3years. I asked was this a rip off and she said no. I called the BBB and they really didn't have much information about the company. I pulled them up on the web and that's when I found this rip off sight. Lesson learned not to give any infor over the phone again. They are liars trying to rip off innocent people.
