I was contacted by Spectra Financial Benefor a mastercard up to $2000 in Feb. They debited out of my account on the 2-3-05, $249, that was a one time processing fee. It's now march 29 and i have not received my card. I went to the internet to look up the company. I came to a scam and fraud page for Spectra Financial. Reports after reports telling me that people did not reseve their cards or got their money back.
