"Scentura Creations" The Dream Stealers
I recently started with this company and received the same similar training as most of the people listed in previous posts.
The started the group session (Second Interview) off with loud music as always and tasteless jokes, but we were told to laugh anyway. We were told that video cameras and tape recorders were not allowed during the training process, that made my six sense go off! I was planning to bring a mini tape recorder just for back up and I think I will.
Like many others people were weeded out based on the questions that Christine (Regional Manager Asked). Today we were asked to participate in a selling constest which involved a technique called F.F.A.A.R. The goal amount was 26 bottles of perfume.
In our session was a soon to be manager named Debbie, who stated that she sold approx 34 bottles and received a fast track promotion. We were advised by Regional Manger Christine from Miami, Florida that she would soon have her own office. Christine advised that her boss was a multi-millionare who requested that she come to Houston where the bigger fish were bitting. She advised us that she left kin and forsaked all for the dream of making $10,000 per office opened and a chance to purchase a Mercedes CLK for cash.
She advised that she was responsible for providing upfront money for us to succeed and that she took a chance on us based on the Current Integrity Principal. Whatever. I think they took a look at our backgrounds and where we worked before and determined who would lead and who would follow. That information alone spells $ to a wolf!
She introduced someone named Debbie who completed the so called program in only 1 week and would soon be opening her own office.
She indicated that she provided incentives for Debbie to complete the program which included monetary cash in hand. Debbie has been very friendly answering whatever questions we threw at her behind the bosses watchful nose. There is a lot of spying going on there along with the deafning loud music.
I sold approx 10 bottles and am suppose to turn in the money in the morning when I walked in. Christine indicated that we should call her at the appointed times the night before so she would know who would not be showing up and how to plan her day.
We each were given a list of designer names and advised that these were replicas that last a lot longer!
I was hunting around and stumble on this site. I have copied most of the facts down and want to expose them infront of our group of 15 members now. I had them to spray my arm with their version of Issy Miyake at around 1:00 pm today, it is now 9:19 pm in Houston and the scent if very faint!
According to them the reason why the Eau De Toilette does not last is because they use Chemicals, Synthetics and Alcohol vs Scentura Creations using Imported Oils that is not animal tested.
We also received a majic number of 195 which represents team sales of 13 bottles each. My thought is if so much informaiton has been posted about this company why have they not been stopped and are allowed to continue to open 50 offices at a rate of $10,000 per office?
Christine was right, she said that people would have a lot of negative things to say but they are just loosers and want to remain broke! She has great confidence in this organization and has devoted herself to becoming rich in this business. She is a true inspiration. I find myself daring myself to succeed and wanting to do what is right for the majority. I don't ever want to be apart of something that steals people's dreams or destorys their faith in "The American Dream"
I joined this organization with the desire to do something positive for my situation, as did so many others. I have not lost anything yet and hope not too. They are stealing people's dreams of doing true business and becoming financial independant.
