This company put many stresses upon my family. They forced placed insurance, which we already had through Allstate. They charged us huge fees when we were late, which we have recently recieved a check for... $. 39. Real Humorous Fairbanks.
We had several LOST payments... So they put us into foreclosure four or five times, so we had to come up with thousands of dollars for them so they would not take our home. They kept $1,073.81 for forced placed insurance, which they put into an "Escrow account", this way they could keep it and it would be untraceable. I want this money and the other money that we gave them over and over for the foreclosure threats. I finally contacted a woman named Marcia in Michigan who turned up the heat on this company a couple of years ago. Thank You Marcia, you saved alot of people!!! God Bless You!
This company is a HUGE Fraud, and anyone who works for them that has a concious should get out now while you have any reasonable dignity. You people who own this company ought to be ashamed of yourselves.
We could never contact the same person twice, so when you finally contacted someone they had no idea who you were and what you were talking about, only what they seen on the screen.
Also, we would get statements with three different addresses on them. One in Utah, one in Jacksonville, FL, and another in Louisville, KY. What is up with that. No wonder they could not find any clients payments... We finally refinanced...
This company is a fraud. They probably have ten other companies just like themselves and should be stopped from hurting the families in this country.
