Usight, The Summit Group, PMI, Links4Trade
USight, The Summit Group, PMI, Links4Trade ripoff, deceived, fraudulent, lost business revenues

It was discovered that uSight, the past couple of weeks is now answering the phone as MYEBIZ. Go to the website of cichlidae.com/author.php? Id=3 to see a picture of the CEO of uSight named, Tonny Brandt Anderson of Denmark who ripped us off. Read the latest newspaper article about him and the business. Be leery of anything coming up and out of UT. Conduct a search for consumers Sales Practice Act, then take a look at Utah's at www.rules. Utah. Gov/publicat/coder152/r152-011.html
Conduct a search on the Business Tort Law. Conduct a search by keying in his full name and also with his middle and last name for more article.

To those ex-employees, do a search on the False Claims Act. He might of violated that. There is something in it for you.

We need to have a campaign for the next several months of everyone contacting everyone, starting with President Bush. We should just flood the UTAH offices by contacting the governor-Michael O. Leavitt, senator and the State of Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Consumer Protection Klare Bachman-Executive Director and Francine Giani-the Director 1-801-530-7631 or 1-801-530-6701, to file a complaint.

About the Division of Consumer Protection

The Division of Consumer Protection enforces 13 specific consumer protection laws ranging from automobile lemon law to regulations governing telemarketers, charities, and sweepstakes. It also oversees Utah's Consumer Sales Practice Act, which is the umbrella regulation prohibiting misrepresentation by businesses to consumers.

The Division is dedicated to providing a helpful regulatory environment for businesses that is firm, reasonable, fair, and supportive of the objective of quality customer service and quality of life for all citizens.

Let's contact the INC 500 magazines-senior editor Carol Hirsch, etcWe should contact Lottie, Dottie and every doggone body and those, with these positions in your area. I was told once, I believe that when a Gov. Official receives at least 5 complaints on the same matter, they have to respond. I want to see us start contacting your local and Utah's chamber of commerces, the department of labor, to see if they have received government contracts, ect... He has mentioned that he is into consulting and planning on returning to school and starting another project.

It can be easy by copy and pasting your complaint, you used from this site and mail. We should try to contact at least 3 attorneys in our areas, again with a copy and past letter, naming each of the companies, to see if we can get someone to represent us for a class act. I have lost everything and now have nothing else to loose. Are you ready to take a stand and join this campaign. Let's try to set up some forums and/or chat rooms some where, where we can talk some more. Let us know where there is a good one. Let's try to reach out to the media of all kinds-your local news stations, news shows, talk radio, Chuck Harder, etcto expose him and others like him. A class action lawsuit is for more than one and many of you all have said that this is what you want. I can't have a class act alone. I have started, by providing detailed information and together, we can fight for justice. Just us are the one's who may can make a difference and perhaps change some laws.

One way that I have decided that I will take a stand and fight back is to use our freedom of speech rights. We should start showing up at all of these seminars of this kind that comes into our town, that sounds like a, to good to be true scams. What is wrong with us standing up and saying I was ripped off by a scam by uSight, whose CEO's name is Tonny Brandt Andersen. My understanding is that it is not slander if it is the truth. I have been ripped off by uSight.invite them to usacomplaints.com to look at uSight and thoroughly conduct a search on the company that is presenting that seminar, before making any purchases. A lot of them, will not allow one to ask questions until the end of their sales pitch. So be ready to make your announcement before the first victim signs up and leave. We need to put a stop to this.

As of July, 31 I had estimated that my business loss was at $13,800.00. Today, it's even more because of the no customer service and negligence.

I have not been able to gain access to the view summary page to update the products page since the first week of December. All of this has happened since I discontinued services with Links4Trade. PMI, Usight and Links4Trade are sending me to the my Internet service provider. An instructor and the Internet service provider is saying the problem lies with the web-developer, because they cannot go in and make changes. I have yet to see a contract of the web-site. I emailed today [email protected] and it came back undelivered.

When I attended the seminar of uSight on March 18, they offered a training workshop that was useless. They offered other training workshops at these other surrounding locations.

Starting today, February 2, for 2 months, lets start working on our campaign for Justice for JUST US. I have already started. How about you? Only we as a group can make a difference. Thank you.
