For the people ripped off by Usight!
You can do someting about it. The 3 day thing recession is legal and binding.
Being a victum of Usight and still fighting with them after almost a year, I have a hearing on 4-24-03. Myself and Al Pauga the attorney General of Utah are trying to close this fraudulent company down.
My angle and yours should be that if you are beyond your 3 day "thingy" and as unsatisfied as I am that is "breach of Contract and Breach of Duty. If you guys want your money back, email Al Pauga of the consumer protection of Utah, and do it soon as their are a few others listed in with my complaint. The more people complain, the quicker the result, by the way, I was informed that this matter was pushed for settlement as of the 3 days ago.
Please if you were scammed by them as well call or email Al Pauga right away and add yourself to this hearing and get your $ back.
