I signed up with uSight on one of those seminars, they promised to be the best around and talked me into getting my website with them and I got stuck with a $2542.00 credit card bill.
The very next day I realize that they have only a 3-day warranty, so I decided to make an exhaustive research over the internet and I found out that almost everybody else has 30-day warranty and the prices are WAY lower.
I immediately sent my cancellation order (within the 3 days warranty) and so started the agony trying to get my money back.
They say the cancellation process takes up to 20 days. Almost month passed by and there's still no answer.
When I talk to usight customer representatives they say that my letter was received on november 3rd, and I have the proof that UPS delivered that package on October 27th (the 3rd business day after signing up with usight)
I now see other people's reports and I realize that the same thing is happening to me.
I hope nobody else gets ripped off by USight.
