Sent a letter out to the AG's Office a year back or so when the credit bureaus refused to take old information, and WON law suits against, Them.
I won and was involved with 4 or more class action suits and filed the CVourt papers with the Credit Bureaus, they refused to take the information off my record and sent a letter to the AG letting them know the Bureaus were in violation of State and Federal Laws, and that I had won court convictions against the credit card companiesI had dealings with inclusing JUDGE'S Letter filed to the credit Card companies where she blasted them for their fraud's.
THE AG in TEXAS is putting these people under the Microscope and investigating my case. I told the AG COURT DOCUMENTS WERE FILED WITH the creid bureaus and findings and that the credit bureause Did not take the FALSE INFORMATION OFF THEIR SYSTEMS AND REFUSED TO READ MY DOCUMENTS I submitted
