To Joe some where in Idaho, I to was ripped off by the same people and my heart goes out to you and all the other people that has been ripped off by SPS or Fairbanks Capital.
I was so Blessed to have been able to Refinace and get away from these people. It has cost me almost 20,000 but I don, t care, plus they have tried to destroy my credit, but I am going on 63 yrs old and I don, t need much credit anyway. I was also named in the Class action Law suite they had and the Lawyers took all of that, I was surposed to have gotten 1500. But I only got 140. And I found out that was good compared to what some people got. May God Bless and be with all whom has been hurt by these people. This whole net work is really frighting, that they can get away with just outright stealing from people and nothing is done. Maybe they are working for a terroist group?
