This company contacts me 8 years later, in a letter, in reference to an account I never had!!! I don't even know what these people are talking about, they are rude and hard to understand! They are trying to SCARE people with good credit by stating that they will report this information to the Credit Bureaus. We need to file a class action lawsuit against these people and the Credit Bureaus if necessary.
I am sick and tired of anybody being able to put information on my Credit Report, why are the Credit Bureaus not REGULATED better! This company know how SLACK the regulations are with the Credit Bureaus, so that use that to SCARE consumers.
This company has too much of my personal information, I placed a fraud alert with my bank and the Credit Bureaus, I suggest others do the same. Please contact me if a class action lawsuit is initiated. This is a crime that CBCS is still in business
