They permit (and deny it) their collection personnel to use "caller wireless" with no names that will appear on your caller ID, so you are led to think that you are accepting a personal call. When you call the number back, you get a message saying you have reached the Sprint PCS voice mailbox of % (no name), sorry, this mailbox is full. What a deceitful, cheap trick.
Their collection employees and supervisors will rudely hang up on sincere, law-abiding customers when you try to communicate with them.
File a written complaint and send it by certified mail, return receipt, to the Federal Trade Commission and your State Attorney General's Office. You can also file these complaints on the web. Just print a copy for your records.
