The Statute of Limitations have expired. Please Report Them

Thats right. You have not one but, two strong holds here. You not only do not owe any debt, but the statute of limitations on the debt have have also passes. Its five years in Missouri. Most debt collection agencies stop with the cease and desist letter (in a certified mail asking for a return receipt-also like said above do not divulge any account or personal information/do not sign etc.,). But, a few agencies, stop for a while i.E., a month or so and its back to square one. Sadly, NCO IS one of them. Www.yourcollectionrights.com

So, don't be surprised if they call you even after they sent you the letter. I would say harass them back if they harass you. Well, at least basically. You can file a complaint. The FTC has already received dozens of them on NCO. It most likely will take action/or contact the attorney general of your state. Tell them you are to sue and are in contact with the attorney. That usually does it.
