I recent posted under Sheruff and was inform by the owner if I took the complaint back or said it was resolved he would refund my 1600. So I followed through with our agreement and almost a year later he has refused my calls. I have since then complained with BBB and the company has not contacted them back either. If you are in jeopardy of losing your home find a local company that you can work with. This has been so stressful. The only reason I chose this company is because they were recommended to me by a reputable company while I was deployed overseas. Maybe one day they will refund my money in the mean time we struggle.
