Junk Mail Continues and Phone Operator Called Me Fraudulent

I have asked Citibank to stop sending me junk mail and other junk mail at my address for months and months. I called to complain, and one of their telephone operators harassed me about my identity and called me a fraudulent caller, and so on. I am sick and tired of it. When I tell you that I want you to stop sending mail, I mean it.
