I was advised I need to speak to an Account Specialist when I was able to make payment on three delinquent accounts. After giving Janeshia my financial information this morning, She continued to attempt to intimidate me regarding reasons for falling behind in monthly payments. I provided her with three months of medical financial obligations which justify my missing past payments. Janeshia was over bearing in her responsibilities and proceeded to cover my past payment history for the entire year.in my opinion she over stepped her boundaries trying to discourage any communication for resolving the payment arrangements. When I requested to speak to a manager, she informed me that she was the highest. There is always someone above the highest!!! I an reluctant to believe Citi Account Specialist is capable of performing financial arrangement assistance at this point.
